The E7270 has a magnesium-alloy chassis that feels solid and well-built. It's also MIL-STD-810G certified for durability, meaning it can withstand drops, bumps, and other physical abuse. The hinges are stiff and there's very little flex in the lid or keyboard deck.

In terms of maintenance, the E7270 is very easy to service. The bottom panel can be removed without any tools, and all of the components are readily accessible. The hard drive, RAM, and Wi-Fi modules can all be replaced or upgraded without any difficulty. Overall, the Dell Latitude E7270 is an excellent business notebook that should be able to handle whatever you throw at it.
